Manikűrvadász 40. (Karácsonyi) forduló

Újra elérkezett a Karácsonyi Manikűrvadász! :) Akárcsak tavaly, most is adott volt a téma, ünnepi/karácsonyi manikűrt kellett (újra)alkotni. Ezt a fordulót Elza [@elzablues + blog] szervezte, köszönöm még egyszer a lehetőséget, hogy becsatlakozhattam! :) Én ebben a fordulóban ismét Ciskától [@me_ciiska] vadásztam, tőlem pedig Bella vadászott.

It's time for Manikűrvadász (Manicure Hunting) again! This is the Christmas round, which was coordinated by Elza [@elzablues + blog] and this round's theme is holiday/Christmas nails. In this round I got to "hunt down" a manicure from Ciska [@me_ciiska], and Bella recreated a manicure from me.

From time to time Beauty Bigbang releases new stamping plates, usually in 5-8 piece sets (though you can buy them individually, too!). A Born Pretty Store nemrégiben elején egy csomó új lakkal rukkolt elő, új üvegben. Van közöttük nyomdalakk, sima körömlakk, alap- és fedőlakkok, illetve géllakk is. Én ma a Peacock Holographic Nail Polish BP-ER04 Sicilian Vespers* [link] nevű lakkot tesztelem, ami egy multikróm pelyhes-holo szilánkos lakk, ami önmagában (több rétegben) vagy más alapszínen fedőlakként is használható. :)
Nyolc színben kapható a BPS oldalán, én ezek közül a zöld/arany/óarany színű színjátszó pelyhes és holo pelyhes (BP-ER04 Sicilian Vespers*) tesztelem ma. :)

Not long ago Born Pretty Store released a ton of new nail polishes in new bottles: regular nail polishes, stamping polishes, base- and topcoats and even gel polishes. Today I'll show you this Peacock Holographic Nail Polish BP-ER04 Sicilian Vespers* [link] which is a multichrome flakie nail polish, with added holographic flakes, that you can use on it's own or over any nail polish as topcoat. It's really cool! :)
Overall it comes in 8 colors on the BPS website, today I'll show you the one with green/gold flakes and holo flakes, called BP-ER04 Sicilian Vespers*. :)

It's really cool! :)

There are 3 types of holo flakes topcoat: one with small holo flakes (BP-BD01 Lady Vengeance), one with medium-sized holo flakes (BP-BD02 La Vierge De Fer), and one with large holo flakes (BP-BD03 Portrait Of A Lady). Today I'll show you the medium-sized holo flake topcoat, called BP-BD02 La Vierge De Fer*. :)

Cirque Colors Facets 2018 Collection || comparison swatches

Az eredeti Cirque Facets kollekcióból 2 lakkom van, amiket imádok, mert gyönyörűek (Garnet és Tanzanite), de sajnos kivonták a kollekciót. Így aztán nagyon megörültem, mikor megtudtam, hogy a Cirque visszahozza a kivont 6 Facets lakkot plusz még 6 új színt, így 12 darab állandó kollekciós lakk lesz. (Nem limitált!) Én hatot rendeltem meg közülük, ezek közül kettő a régiek újra kiadott változata (Paraiba és Dioptase), négy pedig az új színek közül való (Ruby, Zircon, Sapphire, Emerald).
Fontos: az új kollekció minden darabja kissé érdes felületűre szárad, mert vannak benne pelyhek amik kiállnak a köröm felületéből, így 2 réteg fedőlakk kell rájuk, hogy teljesen simák legyenek.

I only have 2 colors from the old/original Cirque Factets collection: Garnet and Tanzanite, and I love them dearly because they are gorgeous and also discontinued. So when I heard that Cirque Colors will re-release the previous 6 Facets shades along with 6 new colors (so 12 reformulated Facets), as part of the permanent collection, I became really excited. I immediately ordered 6 polishes, two of them are the reformulated versions of older colors (Paraiba & Dioptase) and 4 are new colors (Ruby, Zircon, Sapphire and Emerald).
Important: all of the new polishes (including the re-releases) have a slightly textured finish, because some of the holo flakes stick up from the nail, so they all need 2 coats of topcoat to make them completely smooth.
